Develop Godly Integrity

We're living during a very polarizing time in history. More than ever, integrity and its many qualities, such as honesty, respect, love, courage, faithfulness, and loyalty, are vital to establishing a healthy (global) community.

Most people see integrity as a learned trait that you either have or don't have. But for me, integrity is the quality of having strong ethical convictions and being faithful and trustworthy in your behavior.

One major area where integrity plays a significant role is in relationships. Your integrity shapes your relationship with your spouse, family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and (of course) with God.

And let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't get discouraged and give up. — Galatians 6:9.

Today's scripture is a reminder to work tirelessly (and with integrity) on improving your relationship with God, your spouse, your children, your friends, your boss, and other people in your community.

It may be hard to repair friendships or heal wounds that have been ripped open by disappointment and strife. However, for your part — God's command is to persist tirelessly and faithfully at doing what is right — and His promise is eternal blessings.
